HOW IT WORKS
Activation
1. 20-minute presentation
The first step consists of a 20-minute objective conversation between you and a representative from our team so that we can understand your context, objectivebusiness goals and the types of creative assets that are generally required, so that we can assess how we can help.


2. Sign up for a free 14-day trial
Once you have decided to take the free trial, your company should choose the plan that best suits your conditions and needs, and fill out the registration form on our website. During registration, you will also be asked to submit a briefing for the free trial. For this purpose, please have the description and assets of the pilot project ready. Once the briefing complies with the Terms and Conditions, we will send you an email confirming its approval and schedule the delivery and presentation of the trial for 14 days later.
3. Free trial kick-off meeting
Once you have registered, we will schedule a kick-off meeting with you and provide a briefing to align with your brand's branding requirements and creative guidelines for the pieces and/or materials requested in the free trial.


4. Selection of professionals, tool setup, and onboarding
Once you have completed the free trial and your company has decided to subscribe to our services, we will schedule a start date with you, which can vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the plan you choose. During this period, we will select the professionals who will make up your squad, set up tools, and, on the agreed start date, send a welcome email to everyone involved in the project. This email, which marks the start of the project, will contain all the information necessary to begin work, as well as links to access the briefing form and project management tool.
5. Account activated
Once you have completed the previous four steps, your Design squad will be ready to get started. Your account will have a project manager who will take care of task management and all customer service, acting as the interface between your in-house requesters and the team of specialists at Xtreme Designs.

HOW IT WORKS
Requests
Once activated, your company will be able to request creative assets. Here, the process follows a continuous flow, described below:
1. Creating the task and filling out the briefing form
To create a task, fill out the briefing form and attach files or links to the assets needed for production.
2. Analysis of the briefing and definition of the estimated time
The project manager reviews the briefing and, if everything is OK in terms of understanding and assets needed for production, approves the task in the project management tool. Once approved, the project manager sets the estimated time for task production. The estimated time may differ from the actual time, and only the latter is deducted from the monthly quota of hours.
3. Development
After approval, the task automatically enters the production queue (and can jump the queue if it is an urgent or priority task), and the squad is notified of the demand to start production as soon as possible.
4. Delivery
Done! The requested creative will be available for download by the agreed deadline, and we will flag the delivery in the project management tool. At this point, the time spent is entered on the respective task card and deducted from the monthly quota of hours. If necessary, we are available for unlimited adjustments.
*Condition valid for adjustments requested within 7 days after task delivery. Adjustments requested after the 7th day of delivery may be subject to discounts on the monthly hour quota, considering the total time dedicated to performing them.

HOW IT WORKS
Project Management
To control the flow of tasks and centralize briefings, with their respective descriptions and assets, we use a widely known tool that is a world leader in project management. With a self-explanatory and intuitive interface, the tool allows you to track the status of projects in real time and interact with the Xtreme Designs squad quickly and easily. Through the tool, it is also possible to monitor the consumption of the monthly quota of hours in real time.

HOW IT WORKS
File sharing
In order to facilitate and streamline file exchange, we work in collaboration with your team using the leading file management and sharing tools. Both the assets needed for task production and the final project files can be shared between your in-house team and the Xtreme Designs squad using these tools. We work with the leading tools on the market, notably Microsoft OneDrive, Google Workspace, and Dropbox Business.
